The Association is governed by a four member Board of Directors. Each member is elected annually by the members of the Association. The Board, along with its appointed agents and managers, oversee the general operations, finances, and regulations of the Association and the community and act in a general fiduciary interest for the Association and its members. The primary governing structure and rules are set forth in the Association's Covenants and Declarations. Rules and procedures for the Association are set forth in the Bylaws. Rules and regulations for the community are set by the Covenants and Declarations and are additionally summarized in the Community Rules and Regulations.
The Association is a registered non-profit incorporated in the State of Colorado.

As of February 2025, the Board of Directors has transitioned back to a self-managed model. To assist with management, communications, and payment processing, the board is using a third-party software vendor, PayHOA.
